This workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Jack Phillips, Chairman, ROI Institute. Phillips is recognized around the world for his work with measurement and evaluation and ROI. With over 50 books in the Measurement and Evaluation field, Phillips has also served in executive positions and has won awards for his work and books.
